Honestly, for 7 bucks, this is an awesome buy. It definitely improves the colors of what you are seeing and makes the image look crisper and sharper. It arrived for me in only 3 days so it came in a short amount of time which was nice. It is not the same as 1080p like on xbox 360, but it definitely helps the Wii look more like it was intended to. Super Mario Galaxy looks amazing now that I have this cable.
Update your cables

If you have an HDTV, it is worth it to upgrade to a better input cable. You paid for the TV, why not throw in less than five bucks for a better wii experience? These cables work just as well as any other.
Great HDTV Cables

Bought this mainly for making Monster Hunter 3 look better. Makes the monsters more clearer and colorful which is great. Although it does make me lag sometimes online. Guess it's my hdtv and the fps it has that is doing it. But anyway great cables!

Im not much for name brand but after buying this after market cable I am all sold for name brand. it does matter I guess this cable did not give the quality picture I was expected, I went to target and bought one for 27 dollars and wow, blew my mind at how different it looks. I guess it all comes down to this, "you do get what you pay for"
Love the cable!

I've yet to actually play a game with the Component cables, but after reading the other reviews I can't wait to try LoZ: TP!
If anyone else buys these cables after moving from the composite cables(RCA Cables) remember to change your Wii Settings to EDTV/HDTV in the Settings > System Settings > Resolution. If you don't you'll get a spazzing screen. I thought the cables were junk until I realized I set mine to SDTV. Changed it and BAM problem solved. :D Crystal Clear and a tad bit more vibrant Home Screen :) Will def. be playing a game tonight :D |
