Question: Has any on lost weight with the nintendo wii?

I lost about 20 pounds in a year through using my Wii. Wii Fit didn't do it though. Instead, I used EA Sport Active and EA Sport Active More Workouts. I was using them 6 days a week, faithfully I didn't change my eating habits; instead, I just ate less of everything I like to eat.

I did lose alot on wii fit, but i got bored after a few months, so i've probably put it all back on. xD

I would not buy one for the purpose of losing weight. for that just go to the gym. playing wii barely ever makes people lose weight and the games for it suck

I could have but i kinda f*cked up the wii balance board by actually jumping up and down on it.

You cant subsitute it for going to the gym/ healthy diet (at least 30mins of 'sweaty' exercise a day) BUT it does help, its not going to do any harm, is it? plus unlike dieting it helps you posture and balance :)
